影响磷化膜的工艺因素
1.由于工件本身碳含量的不同,或者热处理使碳在表面累计。
2.表层含碳量高,对磷化膜的抗腐蚀性能,和附着力都会有很大的影响,造成表面粗糙。
3.利用高精密仪器可以看出,工件表面含碳量低是比较容易磷化木的产生,膜层细腻一致。抗腐蚀性能好,颜色较浅,
4.相反表面含碳量高,不好磷化颜色较深,容易产生色斑,缺陷较多。
5.合金钢中铬原子含量小于百分之二时,可以形成均匀的磷化膜。
6.当铬含量大于百分之八时形成磷化膜困难。
7.必须采用快磷化,强腐蚀,抛丸,部分可以解决合金钢难以形成磷化膜的问题。
8.硅原子含量高不易磷化,膜层粗大。
9.锰原子在磷化过程里可以均匀的分部到结晶组织里,从而使磷化膜致密,膜层颜色深
10.含镍的工件经热处理后,合金组织发生变化,磷化困难,容易出现各种缺陷。

18.锈蚀的工件会影响磷化膜的质量。况且前处理后导致工件表面颜色不均匀,同样会影响磷化质量。因此不要用锈蚀的工件,特别要防止采用不同厂家,不同批次的工件来加工。
19.否则,因工件的差异导致磷化膜质量不一样,同事在加工过程里,尽量不要破坏工件防锈膜和加工后长时间存放。
