WX-1048高效快速脱脂粉
一、用途
本品主要用于金属零部件的脱脂除油工序，是发黑、磷化、电镀、电泳、涂装等表面处理前的理想选择。WX-1048集渗透、溶解、乳化为一体，去除重油垢速度快。
二、使用用法
1．本品与水按1:20（质量百分比，浓度为5%）配成工作液，搅拌溶解均匀即可使用。浸渍、 手工擦洗均可。
2．使用温度：常温~95°C，处理时间：5~15分钟。
零件表层的油脂对表面处理影响很大。除油彻底，阴极晶体反应比较高，后处理膜层的结晶致密牢靠，否则表层张力过大。严重阻挡磷化膜的形成，膜层附着力较差，磷化膜不均匀，甚至没有磷化膜。
