LF-TS6脱水防锈油
一、作用广泛
本公司生产的LF-TS6脱水防锈油主要应用于各种行业的钢铁件表面防锈防腐蚀处理。例如：轴承，液压件，液压管道，冲压件，五金，钣金，紧固件，等重要机械零部件。
二、特性
本脱水防锈油拥有很好的脱水性能，表面有一层致密的保护膜，能提高被封闭钢铁零件的耐腐蚀强度。
三、主要参数
颜色：棕红色 形态：油性液态 酸碱度：7.02±0.0005
比重值：0.876±0.001 粘性度（38度时）：4.01~7.35 mm2/s
四、储藏和包装
20公斤/桶，采用塑料桶装。本脱水防锈油储存的温度2~38°C，严禁高温、暴晒，可以长期储存而不变质。
客户须知：
机械零部件的浸油处理，使得整个表面保持一种油层，大大地提高了零件的抗
腐蚀性能。
一般情况下是不浸油的三倍甚至更高。
假设不浸油的锌锰系磷化防锈性能是18个月，而浸油后的零件可以防锈性能达到2-3年。
又比方说不浸油的锌系磷化耐盐雾实验4小时，浸油后在磷化膜不变的情况下却能大大地提高耐盐雾腐蚀能力。
耐腐蚀能力可以提高20倍以上。
如果用更好的防锈油可以进一步提高耐腐蚀性能。
如果浸的是差品质的防锈油，虽然也有一定的防锈性能，但是耐盐雾实验会很差，满足不了客户的要求，严重的会丢掉客户。
可见，防锈油的质量的好坏，是影响零件的耐腐蚀性能的关键。
